Highlights of South India

Day 01 : Arrive Chennai

On your arrival at Chennai Airport, our South India Highlights tour executive will met and introduce our driver. Then transfer to the hotel & relax. Overnight at Hotel Benzz Park / GRT Grand.

Day 02 : Chennai

Full day for sightseeing and shopping in Chennai which represents the tourist places. Visit all famous tourist places in South India such as St. George Fort & Museum, St. Mary's Church, Santhome church, Kapaleeshwarar Temple, Parthasarathy Temple and relax at the Marina Beach.

Day 03 : Chennai - Mysore

After early breakfast transfer to the Railway station to board the train to Mysore. On your arrival you will be transfer to the hotel and relax. Evening free for Shopping. As you are here on a Sunday, a visit to the palace in the evening is an absolute must: the 97,000 lights are switched on, which – along with the carnival atmosphere – make an awesomely illuminated scene during South India tourist places. Overnight at Windflower Resort / Sandesh the Prince.

Day 04 : Mysore

After finishing breakfast visit highlights of South India - Mysore palace, Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Garden, Srirangapatnam, St. Philomena’s Church, Devaraja Fruit & vegetable Market. Overnight at Windflower Resort / Sandesh the Prince.

Day 05: Mysore - Hassan

After breakfast drive to Hassan. Later visit Belur, Chennakeshava Temple and Halebidu. Overnight at Hoysala Village / Hotel Southern Star.

Day 06: Hassan - Bangalore

After breakfast drive to Bangalore enroute visit to Sravanbelagola. Then continue to see tourist places to Bangalore. On your arrival check into the hotel and relax. Later visit to Lal Bagh Garden, Vidhan Soudha, Tippu palace & Shopping. Overnight at Sandesh Kingston / Hotel Regaalis.

Day 07: Bangalore - Kovalam

Morning after breakfast transfer to Bangalore Airport to board the flight to Trivandrum. On your arrival you will be met and transfer to Kovalam. On your arrival check into the hotel and relax. Overnight at Sagara Palace / Turtle on the Beach.

Day 08: Kovalam

Free for your own activities to memorize the highlights of South India. Relax at the beach. Kovalam is one of the famous tourist places in South India.

Day 09: Kovalam - Periyar

After breakfast drive to Periyar. On your arrival check into the hotel and relax. Later visit to Wild life Sanctuary, Spice and Coffee Plantation tour. Overnight at Tree Top / Hotel Grand Thekkady.

Day 10: Periyar - Madurai

Morning free to explore Periyar. After lunch drive to Madurai. On your arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight at Heritage Madurai / Star Residency.

Day 11: Madurai

This morning visit South India Highlights like Meenakshi temple, Thirumalai Naicker Mahal, Mariamman tank & Museum. Overnight at Heritage Madurai / Star Residency.

Day 12: Madurai - Trichy

After breakfast drive to Trichy, on arrival check into the hotel. Later visit to Srirangam Ranganathar Temple - it has the tallest temple tower in Asia, Rock Fort Temple and shopping. Overnight stay at Hotel Sangam/ Breeze Residency, Trichy.

Day 13: Trichy - Pondicherry

After breakfast drive to Pondicherry and check into the hotel. Later visit to Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville, Manakkula Vinayagar temple and relax at the beach. Overnight at Maison Perumal / Le Dupleix, Pondicherry.

Day 14: Pondicherry - Mahabalipuram

After breakfast drive to Mahabalipuram. Later visit to Shore Temples, Five Rathas, Arjuna's Penance, Caves and Mandapams. Evening relax at the Beach. Overnight at Radisson GRT Temple Bay / Chariot Beach Resort, Mahabalipuram.

Day 15: Mahabalipuram - Chennai departure

Morning relax at the beach. Later transfer to Chennai airport to board your onward flight. Tour Ends!!!
