Kerala Ayurveda Tour
Kerala Ayurveda - Ayurveda predates the Christian Era by hundreds, perhaps thousands of years. The Atharva Veda lists the eight divisions of Ayurveda, but the nature of health and disease, the principles of treatment and the palliative use of various herbs, which form the backbone of this science, have been discussed even earlier, in the Rig Veda, one of the world's oldest religious texts.
Ayurveda is said to have been bestowed on Kerala by the gods themselves. Therapeutic Ayurveda treats a vast spectrum of ailments, from gynecological problems to rheumatic diseases and nervous disorder to haemophilia. Ayurveda is also used for rejuvenation. Kerala Ayurveda Treatment include medicated steam baths, herbal massages, correction of breathing techniques and the intake of Ayurvedic powders and juices.
